Motion Recruitment is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer for an onsite role in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will design and build AI-powered applications and automation for aerospace industry workflows, using Python for backend services and LangChain/Haystack for GenAI solutions.

You will prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, deploying GenAI tools across multiple projects while collaborating with a technology team in a safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development experience.
• Full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs, and application logic.
• Strong Python skills and Unix/Linux environment experience.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications and deploying them.
• Experience with LangChain, Haystack, or similar LL.M. frameworks.
• Experience taking complex applications from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• 35% Python back-end services and integrations.
• 30% Generative AI and agentic workflows (LangChain, Haystack, or similar).
• 20% Front-end interfaces.
• 15% Unix/Linux environments.
