Motorola Solutions in Richardson, TX seeks a GenAI Engineering Manager to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Digital workflows using GenAI LLM models and applications.

You will define the product roadmap for Gen AI capabilities within a wearable voice platform, from intent recognition to real-time AI agent orchestration, and lead end-to-end AI pipelines across ASR, reasoning, retrieval, and TTS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years in AI/ML with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Experience managing teams in a software development environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of GenAI workflows and applications.
• Define and drive the product roadmap for Gen AI in wearable voice platform.
• Design AI behaviors for multi-turn voice interactions and autonomous action.
• Architect end-to-end AI pipelines: ASR, LLM reasoning, RAG, TTS.
• Lead context-aware, multimodal AI agents with real-time interaction.
