Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a GenAI Engineer in Irving, TX for an on-site role with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

You will design and deploy advanced generative AI models across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate has strong Python and React skills, hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, and a solid understanding of cloud architecture and

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud services: Azure ML/AWS Lambda/SageMaker/Vertex AI.
• Proficiency in Python (backend) and React (frontend/UI).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong cloud architecture, security, and scalability understanding.
• Experience with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases; container deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced generative AI models and solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Implement and optimize multi-cloud application architectures and integration patterns to ensure scalable and secure AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and monitor machine learning models and conversational AI systems.
• Utilize containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and management of AI applications.
• Apply MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management, automation, and production monitoring to ensure high-quality AI services.
