Job summary

Infosys Topaz seeks a Data Science Consultant to advance AI-powered analytics and model development for enterprise clients. You will lead data preparation, modeling, and evaluation while collaborating across business and technology teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

You will apply governance practices, deploy tools in test and production, and focus on data quality and operational impact. A strong foundation in GenAI and AI copilots is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across RAG, AI agents, conversational AI, enterprise search, workflow automation, document intelligence, and AI copilots.
• Hands-on with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI) and vector databases.
• Experience integrating GenAI with major cloud providers and enterprise APIs, middleware, and data platforms.
• Knowledge of AI governance, LLMOps, evaluation, observability, guardrails, model safety, compliance, and cloud-native deployment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data extraction, transformation, and preparation for model development.
• Resolve data quality issues and support model development and evaluation.
• Develop models using statistical/machine learning techniques and collaborate to operationalize analytics tools.
• Test and validate models, selecting best-performing algorithms based on metrics.
• Develop advanced analytics and ML/DL models including LLMs using predefined tools.
• Define analytics problems and execute visualization and predictive modeling with senior support.
• Identify data sources and extract from RDBMS; develop UI/UX for client usage.
• Document model development, testing, deployment activities for reproducibility.
• Work with business and tech teams to translate requirements into actionable models.
