Role : Sr. GenAI Engineer

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite from Day 1)

Max Rate: $64/hr

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Generative AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of our next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade applications. You will orchestrate complex multi-agent architectures, build advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and fine-tune large models to solve complex, non-linear business problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2+ years dedicated exclusively to building and deploying Generative AI solutions.
• Mastery of Python and deep familiarity with data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Advanced proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, and Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch).
• Deep understanding of commercial and open-source ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Ollama, Llama).
• Strong experience with relational databases, NoSQL, and specialized vector search engines.
• Experience with cloud AI infrastructure (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
