Qualifications

• 8+ years of Engineering Experience in a development environment.
• 6+ years of experience in a data science role, emphasizing NLP and ML.
• 3+ years of practical experience with Large Language Models.
• Proven delivery of multiple GenAI projects from conception to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of data science and generative AI solutions.
• Monitor solutions in production for performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical reality.
• Design scalable ML pipelines that integrate with enterprise data structures.
