Job summary

Cinteot Inc. is actively seeking an AI Data Engineer to design and operate enterprise-grade data pipelines powering GenAI and agent-based use cases. You will manage embeddings, vector indexes, and governance to ensure high-quality, compliant AI datasets across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with AI Platform Engineers and AI Engineers within the AI CoE to deliver scalable data foundations, enabling rapid, responsible AI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/DS or equivalent experience.
• Experience building production-grade data pipelines in enterprise settings.
• Experience with unstructured data (documents, PDFs) for analytics/AI use cases.
• Working knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval patterns for GenAI.
• Strong understanding of data quality, lineage, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines ingesting structured and unstructured data for AI use cases.
• Prepare RAG-ready datasets with metadata enrichment and chunking per platform standards.
• Create and maintain embedding pipelines and manage vector index maintenance.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance across the AI platform.
• Collaborate with Security, Governance, and Architecture to align data handling with policy.
