Job summary

AWS Professional Services is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will design, deploy, and scale AI/ML solutions for diverse customers, applying generative AI techniques to solve real-world problems while aligning with business goals.

You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to scope use cases, select models, run experiments, and ensure successful delivery with a strong focus on security, scalability, and cost efficiency. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in defining and creating benchmarks for GenAI model performance.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AI/ML solutions on AWS tailored to customer needs.
• Developing and deploying machine learning models and generative AI applications that solve real-world business problems.
• Collaborating with customer stakeholders to identify high-value AI/ML use cases and gather requirements.
• Providing technical guidance on applying AI responsibly and cost-efficiently throughout project delivery.
• Mentoring and sharing knowledge; prototyping new technologies and evaluating feasibility.
