Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior System Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of an enterprise AI platform supporting CFO, Treasury, Risk, and Finance use cases. You will shape platform strategy, AI/LLM integration, agentic workflows, and scalable data security, while aligning with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires guiding the AI ecosystem, including Knowledge Bases, RAG solutions, and MCP integrations, delivering scalable, compliant, and reusable architecture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software architecture and enterprise platform engineering experience.
• 5+ years designing AI/ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and LLM architectures.
• Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with cloud-native architecture (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Python and REST APIs; familiarity with Oracle and Redis.
• CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture of the enterprise AI platform.

Position Summary

The Senior System Architect for an enterprise level Gen AI solution will be responsible for defining and evolving the end-to-end architecture of the enterprise AI platform supporting CFO, Treasury, Risk, and Finance use cases. The role drives platform strategy, application architecture, AI/LLM integration, agentic workflows, data architecture, security, scalability, and production engineering while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

The architect will serve as the technical authority for the AI ecosystem that this application covers, including Knowledge Bases, RAG solutions, Agent Frameworks, MCP integrations, document intelligence, structured data intelligence, model orchestration, and platform modernization initiatives.
