Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (enrolled) or having a Master’s/PhD.
• Majors: Artificial Intelligence, ML, CS, Data Science, Statistics or related quantitative field.
• Solid foundation in machine learning and generative AI, incl. LLMs.
• Experience using Python to conduct experiments, analyze data, or prototype AI apps.
• Ability to design experiments, evaluate results, and communicate findings clearly.
• Interest in applying GenAI to practical business problems with domain experts.

Responsibilities

• Define the use case and evaluation approach for a CMG business need.
• Design and prototype specialized GenAI agents with task instructions, skills and tools.
• Assess and de-risk model components, comparing hosted vs. open-weight options.
• Conduct systematic experiments on configuration, context, memory, and tool choices.
• Analyze results, identify failure modes, and determine where human review is needed.
• Evaluate business value by comparing performance to a baseline.
• Deliver a reusable capability with guidelines for wider CMG adoption.
