Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Application Development, primarily with Python.
• Expert-level Python 3.x proficiency for scalable, high-performance apps.
• Experience with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy; strong API design and security.
• Distributed systems design (Microservices, event-driven).
• Relational and NoSQL databases with advanced SQL concepts.
• CI/CD tooling (Tekton/Jenkins/GitHub Actions) for automated deployment.
• Unix-based OS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on implementation and architecture of Python frameworks for scalable apps.
• Collaborate with Risk, Quants, FO, DevOps, Production Support for delivery.
• Drive Stress Testing and Regulatory Risk projects in Market Risk domain.
• Enforce SDLC best practices and code reviews to ensure quality.
• Own project governance and technical delivery in a global setting.
• Deliver high-quality solutions independently under tight deadlines.
