The role emphasizes RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and cloud deployment with containerization, plus backend API creation via FastAPI.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end GenAI strategy and architecture aligned to business goals.

• Work with Langchain, LangGraph, Streamlit, Numpy, Pandas, Scikit Learn, Transformers.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines with Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma.
• Improve prompts, chain-of-thought, tool calling and guardrails.
• Deploy, optimize, and monitor GenAI models in AWS/Azure/GCP with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Create backend APIs using FastAPI.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end GenAI/AI strategy and technical architecture, aligning solutions with business objectives, security, and scalability requirements.
• Design and develop applications using GenAI LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc ).
• Work with different python packages – Langchain, LangGraph, Streamlit, Numpy, Pandas, Scikit Learn, Transformers.
• Design and implement Retrieval-AugmentedGeneration (RAG) pipelines and work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) to enhance model accuracy.
• Optimize prompt engineering techniques—including chain-of-thought, tool calling, and guardrails—to improve AI reliability.
• Deploy, optimize, and monitor GenAI models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Create back end APIs using FastAPI.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
