Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hands-on generative AI implementation.
• 2–4 years software engineering experience.
• Experience with chatbots, agentic development and LLM integration.
• Proficiency in Python and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of AWS; familiarity with NLP and CV.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices; excellent problem solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Our client seeks a Gen AI Specialist to build AI software solutions for the Natural Gas Business Unit. The role will design and implement agentic capabilities, chatbots, and LLM integrations while adhering to defined AI policies. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, experimentation with new generative AI approaches, and delivery of resilient, scalable applications.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Experiment with and implement cutting-edge LLM agentic technologies to enhance application capabilities.
• Implement GAI in alignment with established AI policies.
• Stay current on advances in generative AI and LLMs and apply findings to drive innovation.
• Conduct R&D on new AI techniques and emerging technologies including blockchain and quantum computing.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on generative AI implementation experience.
• 2 to 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with chatbots, agentic development, and LLM integration.
• Proven software engineering experience focused on AI and machine learning.
• Knowledge of NLP and computer vision.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Programming with Python and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of AWS.
• Problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Education Requirements:
