Clearwater Analytics offers a software development internship where you will collaborate with mentors to design, implement, and test new features. You will enhance your Java skills, understand business domain concepts, and contribute to code reviews while learning best practices in a structured environment.

Current students pursuing a four-year Computer Science degree will gain hands-on experience, guidance from experienced engineers, and exposure to industry-standard tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Learn development tools, practices, and concepts with mentor guidance.
• Collaborate with peers across all aspects of software development.
• Independently complete simple coding tasks.
• Incorporate feedback from team leads positively.
• Master team domain basics within 1 month and detailed knowledge within 3 months.
• Contribute to design discussions and provide input.
• Document, implement, and test one or more features with support.
• Participate in code reviews and submit code for review.
