BLN24 is seeking a Business Analyst – Verification Engineer to support human-level validation activities related to Gen-AI led processes. The ideal candidate will ensure AI outputs are evaluated according to business needs and collaborate with teams to identify discrepancies and refine QA processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance, Verification & Validation (V&V), Business Analysis, or software testing.
• Experience supporting human-level validation or QA processes for AI-driven or automated systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
