Job summary

Tiger Analytics Inc. seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (Generative AI) to deploy and scale enterprise Gen AI solutions on customer environments. You will bridge research and production, embedding within client teams to operationalize LLMs and vector databases on Google Cloud Platform.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive the current and future strategy, and contribute to architecture, tooling, and performance optimization across deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience deploying Gen AI solutions on customer environments.
• Strong hands-on with Vertex AI and GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with LLM orchestration tools and modern AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, fine‑tune, and optimize Gen AI models at customer sites.
• Architect scalable AI infrastructure with GPU/TPU resources and low latency networking.
• Build and manage retrieval pipelines and vector databases for RAG workflows.
• Serve as technical consultant on AI safety, prompts, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with product and AI research teams to feed deployment insights.
