Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering leadership experience with cloud and embedded platforms.
• Gen AI solutions delivery as IC or team lead/manager.
• 8+ years of program management leadership in an agile environment.
• Experience delivering cross-functional digital projects in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong technical direction to align the team with company goals and deliver advanced AI projects.
• Manage resources to ensure on-schedule delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee performance of individuals and the team; identify training and development needs.
• Establish and oversee engineering best practices to maintain consistency and excellence.
