Capgemini is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AIML and Generative AI solutions using Python in a collaborative environment. You will build and fine-tune large language models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras, and develop RAG-based apps using LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.

Job Description

• Design develop and deploy AIML and Generative AI solutions using Python
• Build and finetune machine learning and large language models using frameworks such as PyTorch TensorFlow and Keras
• Develop RAG based applications using LangChain Hugging Face and LlamaIndex
• Implement and optimize vector search and hybrid search solutions perform model training evaluation and finetuning using techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA
• Develop APIs and AI powered services integrate AI models with enterprise applications
• Ensure model performance scalability and reliability collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into AI solutions and participate in Agile development testing deployment and support activitie

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:67,490 - 90.400

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
