Tundra Technical Solutions seeks a Senior Agentic AI Developer to design and deploy autonomous AI systems using large language models and orchestration frameworks. You will build multi-agent workflows with planning, memory, and tool usage, integrating APIs and enterprise sources to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities include prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and ensuring performance, security, and observability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience in software engineering / AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory).
• Experience with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph is mandatory.
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, PgVector, etc.).
• Must have development experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Must have development experience with AWS / Anthropic AI services.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, agent tools, agent skills, agent workflows, schematic search, vector embeddings and MCP tools concepts.
• AI and Agents Evals implementation.
• AI and Agents Observability and Control plane integration.

We are seeking highly skilled Agentic AI Senior Developers to design, build, and deploy intelligent autonomous systems that leverage large language models (LLMs), tools, and orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML engineering and hands-on expertise in building multi-step AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs (AWS Bedrock, Anthropic API, etc.)

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
