Position Overview

The Sage Group is seeking an experienced Gemini AI Agent Builder who can translate ambiguous business problems into practical AI agent strategies, workflow designs, and scalable Gemini-based solutions.

These solutions will support a range of automation and productivity initiatives across enterprise business teams, including content creation, performance reporting, marketing operations, research, and creative production.

This is a highly strategic, hands-on role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including writers, producers, analysts, marketers, and business leaders. You will identify high-impact opportunities, design scalable and reusable agentic workflows, and help teams adopt AI solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, design, build, deploy, and optimize AI agents and workflow solutions using Google Gemini, Google AI tools, and related agent-building technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess needs, identify high-value AI agent opportunities, and translate non-technical requirements into practical Gemini-based agent solutions.
• Build agent workflows that address repeatable, high-volume tasks such as:
• Short-form content generation, including summaries, impact stories, and messaging drafts
• Data mining, synthesis, analysis, and performance reporting
• Creative and marketing workflow streamlining
• Campaign support, research assistance, and process orchestration
• Ensure AI agents and workflows are well-documented, maintainable, scalable, and intuitive for non-technical users with a clear focus on ROI
• Train users and teams on how to effectively use Gemini-powered AI agent solutions, support adoption, and improve agent performance over time.
• Stay current on Gemini platform capabilities, AI tooling updates, and emerging best practices, and continuously recommend innovative use cases.
• Partner with internal consultants, recruiters, project leads, and client stakeholders to align AI development efforts with broader program goals.
• Contribute to the development of reusable templates, implementation standards, prompt libraries, and knowledge-sharing resources across The Sage Group’s AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents, using Google Gemini.
• Ability to design intelligent, modular, and reusable workflows that solve practical business challenges.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent architecture.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business tools, data sources, and APIs.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate non-technical stakeholder needs into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with automation platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and cross-platform AI integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain experience in content marketing, customer storytelling, analytics, campaign operations, research, or creative workflows.
• Consulting or client-facing experience, preferably supporting enterprise teams.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud, Vertex AI, workspace integrations, and API-based solution design.

What Success Looks Like

• 30–60 days: You have designed and launched at least one functional Gemini-powered solution that supports a repeatable business task.
• 90 days: Your AI solution is actively used by multiple stakeholders, and you have identified and scoped additional use cases for expansion.
