Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an Occasional-Seasonal Geek Squad Installation Helper in Charlotte, NC. You will accompany a team to customers' homes to assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronics, focusing on consumer devices and coordinating with agents.

Responsibilities include advising customers, working solo or with a partner, handling inventory and vehicle maintenance, processing paperwork, and supporting in-store teams with training and repairs.

Job Description

As the Geek Squad Installation Helper, you’ll accompany a team of seasoned Agents to customers’ homes to assist with the delivery, installation, repair and haul‑away of electronic devices. You’ll support your team by performing duties including integration and networking with a primary focus is on consumer electronic equipment.
