Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Agent role puts you at the front line of tech support in our Whitehall store, helping customers with computers and devices, assessing needs and coordinating with teammates on more complex repairs.

You’ll provide friendly, timely service, set up new devices, advise on repair or replacement, and keep knowledge current through training courses. A minimum of 3 months in retail or customer service and a flexible schedule (holidays, nights, weekends) are required.

As a Geek Squad Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions for computers and other devices at our local Best Buy store. We’ll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers’ needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs. If family and friends go to you with their tech questions, this might be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll do
