Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a front-line associate to assist customers during check-in and checkout, and to help set up new devices. You will diagnose issues, gather details, and provide next-step time estimates while maintaining smooth service queues.

Ideal candidates have 3+ months in retail or customer service, a passion for technology, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.
