Best Buy is hiring a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our Boise store. You’ll assess customers’ needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs, with training provided.

You will also help customers set up devices, monitor queues and provide accurate status updates while maintaining up-to-date knowledge through certified training courses. The role requires a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

As a Geek Squad Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions for computers and other devices at our local Best Buy store. We’ll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers’ needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs.
