Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair consumer electronics and assist customers in-store and over the phone. You will collaborate with team members to document requests and repairs, follow up to meet expectations, and complete tasks promptly while maintaining up-to-date certifications.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of diagnostic or repair experience, familiarity with consumer electronics, and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

• Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
