Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Project Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the planning and delivery of enterprise mission systems, cloud modernization efforts, and Oracle technology implementations. You will be accountable for coordinating technical execution, managing delivery commitments, and ensuring solutions meet customer mission needs and applicable security, quality, and contractual requirements. You will serve as a primary delivery interface among customer leadership, Oracle teams, and delivery partners. Working with architects, engineers, security specialists, and operations teams, you will translate program objectives into executable plans, resolve dependencies, and guide initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations. Success in this role requires technical judgment, disciplined project execution, and the ability to communicate clearly with both engineering teams and senior mission stakeholders.The ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility with polygraph required.
