Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) is seeking a Logistics Systems Specialist to support GCSS-Army processing, distribution and operations for the Texas Army National Guard.

You will verify shipments, ensure correct storage and shipping, and input LIS data across GCSS-Army and related systems. The role requires 3–5 years warehouse/logistics experience and proficiency with GCSS-Army, DST, WEBFLIS, WEBVLIPS, LIW, AESIP, and FMSWEB; a CAC card or the ability to obtain one may

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and records.
• Work GCSS-Army to ensure proper storage, processing and shipping of materials.
• Input, update and export LIS data.
• Perform DST verification and research transactions.
• Utilize WEBFLIS, WEBVLIPS, LIW, AESIP and FMSWEB systems.
• Support audit investigations and data accuracy.

Position Overview

The GCSS-Army / Logistics Systems Specialist will support processing, physical distribution, and logistics services in support of the Texas Army National Guard.

• Verify the correctness of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records. Access Decision Support Tool (DST) system to verify equipment and shipping information.
• Work the GCSS-Army System to ensure that all materials incoming to the USPFO Warehouse are stored properly, processed accordingly and shipped out to their proper locations (local and national level). Input, update and export information in/with GCSS-Army or government approved Logistics Information System (LIS).

• Transaction research and audit support.
• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience
• Demonstrates proficiency in a range of logistics information systems, including the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Decision Support Tool (DST), Web Federal Logistics Information System (WEBFLIS), Web Visual Logistics Information Processing System (WEBVLIPS), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), and Force Management System Web Site (FMSWEB).
• Tier 1 Investigation
• CAC card or ability to obtain one
• Forklift license when operating forklift
