EY's Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps clients navigating U.S. federal and state government requirements to meet compliance and competitive standards. You will work on a diverse portfolio, balancing engagement planning with data analysis to deliver impactful client solutions.

The role offers a hybrid work model with in-person collaboration 40–60% of the time and opportunities to grow technical and business acumen across industries.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 1+ years of related working experience.
• Achieved, or be working towards a professional designation, such as CPA, CFA, CFE.
• Effective project and time management skills and the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of PC-based tools (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Balance engagement planning with other GCS members.
• Actively analyze complex data and derive insights for clients.
• Contribute to GCS practice development and knowledge sharing.
• Research regulatory information and industry insights to advise clients.
• Suggest innovative ideas that challenge the status quo.
