Job summary

Megazone US, part of MegazoneCloud, seeks a senior GCP leader to own end-to-end GCP delivery for a major automotive enterprise client. You will head the GCP practice, set architecture standards, and govern the landing zone across GCP workloads while coordinating with AWS CCoE guidelines.

This onsite role in Irvine, CA requires 8+ years in cloud infrastructure, 4+ years leading Google Cloud at-scale, strong client-facing presence, and deep billing and reseller experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with 4+ years leading Google Cloud at enterprise scale
• GCP architecture depth: org/folder/project, VPC/hybrid networking, IAM, GKE, Cloud SQL, logging/monitoring
• Experience owning a practice, service or team, not only an individual contributor
• Strong client-facing seniority and ability to manage enterprise discussions
• Understanding of GCP billing: billing accounts, committed use discounts, reseller transitions
• Able to work onsite in Irvine, CA

Responsibilities

• Lead the GCP practice: architecture standards, landing zone, org/folder/project structure, IAM and policy
• Align GCP governance with AWS CCoE standards for a unified operating model
• Be the client-facing technical owner for GCP: reviews, roadmap, escalation and stakeholder engagement
• Manage transition of GCP billing and resale from incumbent partner, including billing accounts and commitments
• Lead and develop the GCP operations engineers; set standards and review their work
• Own GCP cost management and reporting alongside the FinOps architect
• Take Azure architectural oversight if the consolidation decision is confirmed
