Artifintech is seeking an experienced GCP Infra DevOps Consultant to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and deployment across GCP and AWS. You will focus on infrastructure, security, monitoring, and operational readiness, rather than application development.

Responsibilities include building IaC with Terraform, managing cloud networking, IAM, secrets, and CI/CD pipelines, and supporting pre-built CCAI-related infrastructure and RAG/knowledge pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform / IaC.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of IAM, cloud networking, secrets management, and security.
• Experience with cloud logging, monitoring, and alerting.

• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of GCP and AWS cloud environments.
• Manage cloud networking, IAM, service enablement, secrets, and security configurations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and environment promotion.
• Automate deployment of pre-built application packages and customer-specific configurations.
• Provision infrastructure for RAG pipelines, vector databases, document stores, and search indexes.
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.
• Manage environment lifecycle, including creation, updates, backups, and teardown.
• Implement cloud security, access controls, and cost optimization.
• Work with Architects and Data Engineers to convert designs into reusable modules.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GCP Infra DevOps Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in GCP, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD automation. The candidate will be responsible for automating cloud infrastructure provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operational readiness across GCP and AWS environments. The role involves managing infrastructure for pre-built Conversational AI (CCAI), voice, chat, and RAG/knowledge pipelines. The focus is on cloud infrastructure, automation, deployment, security, and monitoring rather than application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of GCP and AWS cloud environments.
• Manage cloud networking, IAM, service enablement, secrets, and security configurations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and environment promotion.
• Automate deployment of pre-built application packages and customer‑specific configurations.
• Provision infrastructure for RAG pipelines, vector databases, document stores, and search indexes
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.

• Work closely with Architects and Data Engineers to convert infrastructure designs into reusable modules.

Required Skill

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Practical experience with both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of GCP Cloud Build and AWS Code Pipeline.
• Strong understanding of IAM, cloud networking, secrets management, and security.
• Experience with cloud logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Exposure to AWS CDK and cloud infrastructure automation.

Good to Have

• Experience with Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, RAG, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of Conversational AI, Contact Center AI (CCAI), voice, and chat platforms.
• Experience supporting GenAI infrastructure and knowledge pipelines.
