Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer to contribute to data platforms in a cloud-centric environment. You will design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, working with BigQuery, GCP services, and modern tooling to deliver scalable data solutions.

You will own end-to-end data workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and production readiness. A hands-on approach with Python, Airflow, and GKE is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, and Cloud Technologies.
• Strong expertise in BigQuery and GCP services including Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, and Dataproc.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Airflow, FastAPI, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Proven experience designing, developing, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data solutions.
• Strong background in automation, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive solutions from architecture through deployment and operations with a strong ownership mindset.
