Job summary

A technology consulting firm based in Texas is seeking an experienced backend/integration developer or cloud engineer with 7-10+ years of expertise, particularly in Google Cloud Platform. Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years in backend/integration development or cloud engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong background in distributed systems, API design, and message-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and ERP integration patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Implement UIL using Cloud Run and GKE hybrid deployment models.
  • Implement event-driven workflows leveraging Pub/Sub and Cloud Functions.
  • Establish and enforce API standards and integration patterns.
  • Implement and maintain observability pipelines for auditability.
  • Build and optimize DR and cost-efficient architectures using Terraform.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve system reliability and performance.
