Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a GCP Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will architect resources with Terraform, deploy data storage with Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL, and run workloads on GKE, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.

The role requires hands-on Terraform and scripting skills, plus experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD. A strong focus on security, cost control, and scalable deployments is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on GCP.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services (GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Functions).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain GCP cloud resources via Terraform/automation.
• Implement Google Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Filestore for storage and processing needs.
• Manage and configure Cloud Load Balancers for high availability and scalability.
• Optimize resource allocation, monitoring, and cost efficiency across GCP environments.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Work with Helm charts for microservices deployments.
• Automate scaling, rolling updates, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Deploy and manage applications on Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
• Optimize containerized apps on Cloud Run for cost and performance.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform, Bash and PowerShell.
• Integrate security and compliance checks into DevOps workflow (DevSecOps).

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Expertise in Terraform for provisioning cloud resources.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, IAM, and compliance standards.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
