Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, qualify needs and guide them to the right product while driving sales. You will participate in onboarding and certification as part of the store’s team.
You must be available nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail; prior retail experience is a plus. The role supports store readiness and customer service excellence in a music-centered environment.

As our Seasonal Support, you will serve as the face of Guitar Center in the store, greeting customers, qualifying their needs, matching their need to the right product, and pitching and overcoming objections to close the sale.
