Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, qualify needs, match them to products, and pitch to close sales. You will help ensure the store is ready to operate and deliver an excellent customer experience.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, clienteling, and ongoing training through onboarding and certification. Seasonal Support requires nights, weekends, and holiday availability, with a focus on accuracy and customer service excellence.

Pay Rate:Starting at $17.05/hr depending on background and experience.

As our Seasonal Support, you will serve as the face of Guitar Center in the store, greeting customers, qualifying their needs, matching their need to the right product, and pitching and overcoming objections to close the sale.

• Selling: Able to work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
