Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Repair Technician (Guitar) to service customer-owned instruments with technical craftsmanship in a store environment.

You will work closely with customers to assess repair needs and deliver high-quality repairs, while maintaining store gear and supporting warranties. This role requires a solid understanding of guitar repair, a willingness to learn, and the ability to train others as needed.

Pay Rate: $11.41/hr - $17.12/hr plus commission depending on background and experience.

As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.

• Selling: Able to work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
• Training: Able to effectively train learners and communicate info and techniques so that they are retained.
