Guitar Center in Fairfax, VA seeks an Operations Associate to handle shipping/receiving gear, maintain inventory control, and ensure merchandise aligns with a planogram. You will perform cycle counts, stock/price signage placement, and assist with cash handling in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working weekends/holidays/evenings, and adapting to a loud environment while providing excellent customer service. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Pay Rate:

$13.27/hr - $19.91/hr depending on background and experience.

As our Operations Associate, you will be responsible shipping and receiving stock/shipments, administer daily tasks, and ensure product is merchandised for the customer to have a great experience in our stores.
