Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support inventory control, shipping and receiving, and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help ensure accurate stock levels, proper pricing, and smooth operations on the sales floor and back room.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, availability for weekends/holidays, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Guitar Center offers comprehensive benefits and employee discounts as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling.
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
