Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support shipping and receiving, inventory control, and merchandising for a positive in-store experience.

You will handle stock, cycle counts, signage, and ensure product presentation while collaborating with teams. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP).
• Shrink awareness and control.

Pay Rate:$18.00/hr - $27.00/hrdepending on background and experience.
