Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations and deliver a great customer experience. You will handle inventory control, shipping and receiving, cycle counting, and merchandising to planograms to ensure products are presented accurately.

Ideal candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment, can lift up to 40 lbs, and are available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).

As our Operations Associate, you will be responsible shipping and receiving stock/shipments, administer daily tasks, and ensure product is merchandised for the customer to have a great experience in our stores.
