Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support stock movement, stocking, and merchandising in our stores. You will manage inventory control, ship/receive gear, and ensure pricing and signage align with planograms to enhance the customer experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration, customer focus, initiative, organization, and technology skills to navigate store systems and processes in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualificações

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory control processes.
• Handle shipping and receiving of gear.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Stock and merchandise according to planograms.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Handle cash transactions.
• Monitor shrink and maintain loss-prevention measures.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

As our Operations Associate, you will be responsible shipping and receiving stock/shipments, administer daily tasks, and ensure product is merchandised for the customer to have a great experience in our stores.

As our Operations Associate, you will:

• Tasks related to inventory control


• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items


• Cycle Counting of Inventory (preparation and execution)


• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram


• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP)


• Cash Handling


• Shrink awareness and control


• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
