The Guitar Center Company is seeking a Lessons Lead to ensure a great customer and student experience by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, guiding customers with questions, and giving tours of the Lessons facility.

Key responsibilities include increasing student counts, selling rehearsal space, coordinating instructor schedules, and maintaining curriculum sales while ensuring smooth system operations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction (admin, retail non-instruction, etc.)
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Increase the student count within the lesson program by driving and maintaining sales and promotional programs.
• Sell rehearsal space to customers and groups.
• Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive overall experience.
• Provide guidance to instructors on schedules (teaching and non-teaching) and student availability.
• Maintain and grow curriculum sales for the lessons program.
• Ensure systems functioning properly and maintain lesson/rehearsal schedules.

As our Lessons Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for all customers and students, by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, assisting customers with questions, and providing tours of the Lessons facility.
