Job summary

SRI Conference seeks a skilled professional to develop and deliver index-based investment strategies for insurance channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Design and evaluation of systematic, rules-based investment strategies utilised within insurance channels (FIA, RILA) and structured product contexts
• Conduct quantitative analysis, modelling, data analysis, performance attribution/comparisons of systematic investment strategies (across asset classes) to support client discussions and product development
• Option pricing, structuring, and feasibility assessments for new ideas and investment strategies
• Prepare client-facing materials, summaries, and internal documentation for meetings, as well as market and industry research, including monitoring developments in insurance, annuities, and asset management trends
• Gain exposure to the insurance product ecosystem (FIAs, RILAs, structured solutions) and understand how indices are applied within these products, developing a comprehensive perspective of their practical implementation.

Role Overview (STS Retail / Insurance Solutions)

• Development, analysis, and delivery of index-based investment strategies and solutions for insurance carriers by collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams
• Conduct quantitative research, backtesting, and performance analysis across equity and multi‑asset strategies

Core Responsibilities

• Design and evaluation of systematic, rules‑based investment strategies utilised within insurance channels (FIA, RILA) and structured product contexts
• Conduct quantitative analysis, modelling, data analysis, performance attribution/comparisons of systematic investment strategies (across asset classes) to support client discussions and product development
• Option pricing, structuring, and feasibility assessments for new ideas and investment strategies
• Prepare client‑facing materials, summaries, and internal documentation for meetings, as well as market and industry research, including monitoring developments in insurance, annuities, and asset management trends

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States‑based position is $150000-$225000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year‑end.
