Meta in Menlo Park seeks a GBG Sales Intelligence Lead to own the go-to-market strategy for AI across GBG, packaging and delivering AI capabilities to the GBG field organization. You will lead communications, enablement, and change management to drive adoption and competitive advantage.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and GBG stakeholders, develop training content, and coach teams to build new capabilities. A strong background in AI go-to-market is required.
Sales Intelligence is a dedicated, centralized in-channel team driving enablement, operational execution, and strategic alignment with Meta's product teams and Global Business Group (GBG) priorities. As a GBG Sales Intelligence Lead, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and operational execution. You will own the go-to-market strategy for AI across GBG, covering all AI products and priorities, and serve as the primary owner for how AI capabilities are packaged, communicated, and delivered to the GBG field organization — including comms, training, and enablement. You will lead organizational change by developing clear communication plans and enablement strategies, distill complex product and technical information into actionable guidance for GBG teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and GBG stakeholders to drive alignment. You will also coach and develop team members to build new capabilities. This role requires experience applying AI tools and frameworks to go-to-market strategy and execution.
GBG Sales Intelligence Lead, AI Go-To-Market Responsibilities:
Define and evolve the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AI products, identifying opportunities to leverage AI-native approaches, and execute on that strategy
Own the end-to-end GTM (go-to-market) calendar for AI: what launches when, who gets access, and in what sequence
Develop and execute all communications related to AI rollouts — announcements, enablement materials, change management messaging, leadership updates
Create and maintain the GTM playbook: repeatable processes for how new AI capabilities go from "built" to "adopted at scale."
Drive change management: ensure that the field organization understands not just what is launching, but why it matters and how to use it
Partner with the Sales Intelligence Product team to understand the product roadmap, strategy, and launch calendar
Develop training and enablement content as well as certification tied to launch events
Manage communication channels and information architecture so people know where to go for what they need
Partner with Data Science to determine how success is measured
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales or sales operations at large-scale organizations, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives and driving business results
Technical Fluency Required: Needs to be able to converse with product and engineering, understand APIs, data flows, and platform architecture at a working level, but no engineering degree is required
Communication: Exceptional at translating between business language and technical language
Program Management: organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with managing complex multi-team coordination
Product Partnership: Proven track record of operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
$158,000/year to $224,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
