Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA and 2+ years’ supervisory experience.
• Advanced understanding of supervision, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience in quality and productivity improvements.

Responsabilités

• Expedites daily operations to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
• Supervises airport ramp operations and cargo handling per regulations.
• Oversees warehouse sort operations for international shipments.
• Manages back office staff, flight monitoring and network updates.
• Collaborates with Customs and Imports for shipment clearance.
• Develops and manages relationships with Business Partners.
• Leads special projects and ensures policy adherence.
• Monitors KPIs and cost levels; supports annual budget prep.
