Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and navigate the property for long periods.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and respond to emergencies; operate electronic gate control systems.
  • Provide exceptional service to residents and guests.
  • Greet and direct residents and guests to their destination.
  • Comply with safety regulations and gate house policies.
  • Maintain protocol per association guidelines.
  • Perform/assist with operations to maintain workflow and schedules.
  • Notify supervision of equipment issues or material needs.
