Job summary

Aqua-Tech-Pool-Management is seeking Gate Attendants to maintain a safe, clean environment at facilities in the Charlotte area. You will monitor patron entry, assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, and ensure compliance with pool rules.

Responsibilities include balancing pool chemicals, completing required documentation, cleaning the facility and restrooms, and reporting issues promptly. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work alone at a facility.

Job description

Gate Attendants are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment at the facilities within the assigned pod by monitoring patron entry, checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Attendants will provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Gate attendants must be at least 16 years old and comfortable working at a facility by themselves.

CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification is preferred.
