Job summary

Aqua-Tech-Pool-Management is seeking a Gate Attendant to help maintain a safe and clean environment at our facilities. You will monitor patron entry, balance pool chemicals, enforce rules, complete documentation, and clean restrooms.

We value exceptional customer service and a polite, respectful approach to guests. CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment at facilities within the assigned pod.
• Monitor patron entry and enforce pool rules.
• Balance chemicals and document appropriate records.
• Provide courteous customer service and address patron needs.
• Clean the facility, including restrooms.

Job description

Gate Attendants are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment at the facilities within the assigned pod by monitoring patron entry, checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Attendants will provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification is preferred.
