• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• One year of verifiable work experience required; military or related field may count.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
• Observe and report security and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols around/building.
• Report all issues to operations manager and client as appropriate.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials and staff.
