Optimum Permanent Placement Services is partnering with a medical center in western New York to recruit a Gastroenterologist to join an established GI team. The position offers a balanced mix of clinic and procedure days with no advanced procedure requirements.

You will work with 3 gastroenterologists and 2 APPs on a rotating schedule, with competitive base salary plus RVUs, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and tail malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in gastroenterology.
• Experience in general GI clinic and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide GI clinic consultations.
• Perform GI procedures on scheduled days.

Opportunity Details

Opening Highlights

• Schedule: 1-2 clinic days and 2-3 procedure days per week
• Rotating call shifts
• Clinic Volume: 18 patients per day
• Procedure Volume: 8-10 per day
• No ERCP or EUS required
• Current Team: 3 gastroenterologists, 2 APPs
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
